Prior to your first session you will receive an email including all paperwork that needs to be completed. During the first session we will review your paperwork and get to know each other. We will explore your current concerns and past experiences that have led you to this point in your journey. We will discuss a treatment plan and frequency of appointments. You are welcome to bring a support person to your appointment or attend alone. Adolescents and teens are required to have a parent or guardian attend first session and follow up sessions as treatment need determines.

Our office uses a variety of payment methods, from cash, checks, or credit cards to insurance coverage. Please contact your insurance company to check your deductibles and/or copay amounts. Out of pocket payment via cash or credit card are also accepted. EMDR intensive services are not fully covered by insurance and will require out of pocket fees. Payment is due at the time of all service.
