Our

Services

  • EMDR Intensive Therapy services are a powerful way to accelerate the healing that you would experience in a typical EMDR session.  EMDR intensive therapy sessions are scheduled in 3-to- 4-hour chunks of time instead of the traditional one-hour sessions once a week. This format allows for a deeper exploration and healing of trauma utilizing EMDR without having time in between sessions.

  • EAP services are programs offered by employers to help employees access mental health services, such as short-term counseling, stress management, and referral services for more intensive care. EAP services are designed to include immediate intervention, problem identification, and connection to additional services as needed. EAP services are offered on a limited number of sessions.

  • Supervision and consultation services are available for providers in the mental health field that need a little extra support. Being a professional in the mental health field can have challenges and support is key to success. I am an NASW-MI trained supervisor for LLMSW’s in the State of Michigan and can provide supervision for licensure requirements. In addition, mental health work can become stressful at times and cases can be challenging. Case consultation is available for all types of mental health professionals.

  • Services for adolescents, teens, and adults are one-on-one sessions with a therapist to address personal challenges, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, or relationship issues.

  • Services are for all or some members of a family unit. These services may be required for adolescents and teens engaging in individual therapy services. Specific goals and interventions depend on each families situation and can be useful in any family situation that causes stress, grief, anger or conflict.

  • Services are for any two people in an intimate or close relationship seeking to improve their relationship satisfaction, resolve conflicts, build understanding and empathy in your relationship, or improve communication.
